FSNL Private Limited (Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited) invites applications under the Apprenticeship Act 1961/1973 for Graduate Apprenticeship Training.

📌 Position Overview

As per the Apprenticeship Act 1961/1973, FSNL Private Limited invites applications for engaging Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Electrical) and Graduate (BBA/ MCA) Apprentice Trainees for a period of 1 year. Details are as follows

🏭 Vacancies by Location

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) as per Apprentices Act and amendments.

⏳ Application Deadline

Apply through the NATS portal within 30 days of publication (i.e., by 11 July 2025).

📝 Important Notes

• The engagement is only for the purpose of training as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973 and Management does not take responsibility for any employment/placement.
• The candidate should not have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or is pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961/1973 as amended from time to time.
• No hostel/accommodation shall be provided by FSNL Private Limited. Selected candidates shall have to make their own arrangements.
• Applicants from the concerned State shall be given preference over that from other states.
• No claim towards TA/DA or any other allowance is admissible.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Students who have passed out from Govt./Private institutes are eligible to apply.
• The gap between the date of passing the qualifying exam and the date of engagement as an apprentice shall not exceed 3 years.
• While applying, scanned copy (self-attested) of the following documents shall be uploaded in the portal (portal address given below)
• portal address: www.mhrdnats.gov.in
• Photograph, Graduation/ Engineering final year mark sheet, Cast Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates
• Candidates whose result is in the form of CGPA/CPI shall enter their result in percentage as per the conversion formula of their respective colleges/universities.

✅ Selection Process

• The selection process would be on a merit basis.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification as per which they have to report at the designated place and time along with the original and Xerox copies of the documents mentioned above, Provisional Certificates (for candidates whose result is in the form of (CGPA/CPI) and 6 passport size photos.
• Candidates shall be informed about their selection via email/mhrd portal as per which they have to report at the designated place and time.
• Selected candidates shall have to report at the FSNL Private Limited, situated inside the Steel Plant within two weeks of receiving the offer letter failing which their selection is liable to be canceled.

💰 Stipend Details

Stipend rates for Graduate apprentices shall be Rs.15,000/- per month. Out of this Rs. 10,500/- will be paid by the Establishment and remaining Rs.4,500/- will be directly transferred to the apprentice bank account by the Government under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.

⚙️ General Instructions

1. Incomplete applications or those lacking self-attested documents, not meeting eligibility criteria, or received after the deadline will be summarily rejected.

2. The decision of Management will be final and binding on candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the application, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process (either in part or full) etc. Filling up the vacancies is solely at the discretion of the management based on the suitability of candidates.

3. The Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict / extend the selection process without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

4. The candidature of the candidates would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates/testimonial and medical examination. At any stage of the selection process, if it is found that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information then the candidature / engagement of the candidate shall be cancelled.

🖥️ How to Apply via NATS 2.0 Portal

5. Candidates are advised to check their e-mail and mhrd / NATS 2.0 portal regularly After registration on BOAT web portal by the candidates, their documents shall be verified by BOAT. Then the following steps have to be followed by the candidates for applying against FSNL Private Limited.
i. Log on to “National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0)”
ii. To login Visit https://moenats.aicte-india.org/student_login.php, enter your login credentials to login as student.
iii. Students are expected to register on the NATS 2.0 portal with their primary details before they are enrolled in apprenticeship. Student registration url: https://moenats.aicte-india.org/student_register.php
Student is asked to fill the below details:
a) Basic details- Name, Father/Mother’s name, Aadhaar number.
b) Education details- Course/Institute details.
c) Communication information- Address, Mobile No.
d) Training preference- Preferred field/location for apprenticeship.
e) Bank details.

6. Profile view and final submit. Scroll down to the end of the page, cross check the details and click on submit button.

7. Contract management by student
Apprenticeship advertisement on student dashboard.
Advertisements show on dashboard in listing way, they can apply to their suitable
apprenticeship by viewing the details like,
1) Apprenticeship title, description, duration, location, skills required, qualification required to apply.
2) After Applying they can check for application status from the application management.

8. Student dashboard with apprenticeship advertisement
Apply against skills vacancies.
Industry Name, post title, state, dist., vacancies, date of publication, last date to apply, view, action, status
Student has to accept the contract request from establishment firstly, in order to send request to BOAT for final confirmation.

9. After Logging-in , go to” Establishment Requests”

10. Under the Establishment request, Go to “Find Establishment”

11. Under “Search criterions”, Click on “Establishment Name”, type “FSNL Private Limited” and click on “Search” at the bottom of the webpage.

12. Then click on “apply”
