EXIM Bank Recruitment 2025 Officers on Contract Basis

The Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank), a premier financial institution dedicated to promoting India’s international trade, has released an official recruitment notification for Officers on Contract (OC). Available Vacancies

A total of 08 positions are open under this recruitment drive:

• Officer – Corporate Communications Group (CCG): 02 posts
• Officer – Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG): 02 posts
• Officer – Infrastructure Group: 04 posts

Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.08.2025)

1. Officer – Corporate Communications (Mumbai)

• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
• Qualification: Master’s degree/PG Diploma in Corporate Communication, Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields with minimum 50% marks.
• Experience: At least 1 year in corporate house/media/PR/advertising agency.
• Key Skills: Media relations, branding, report writing, event coordination, and social media visibility.

2. Officer – ESG (Mumbai)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
• Qualification: Graduate in Engineering OR Postgraduate in Management/Environmental Sciences. Preference for candidates with certifications in ESG, Climate Risk (CFA/GARP), or GHG Accounting.
• Experience: At least 2 years, including 1 year in environmental/social risk identification and mitigation. Finance sector experience preferred.
• Key Skills: ESG compliance, climate risk assessment, sustainability reporting, GHG accounting.

3. Officer – Infrastructure Group (New Delhi)

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with minimum 50% marks (Postgraduate in relevant discipline desirable).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement, project formulation/monitoring in Civil, Water, Power, Railways, Road, or Port sectors.
• Key Skills: DPR review, tendering, project tracking, design evaluation, project management software knowledge.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on academic performance.
• Ratio of 1:10 (for 8 posts, max 80 candidates shortlisted).
• Personal Interview at Mumbai or New Delhi.
• Reimbursement of 2nd class AC fare for shortlisted candidates.

Remuneration

• Minimum CTC: ₹14.32 lakh per annum for candidates with 1 year relevant experience.
• Pay includes 80% fixed and 20% variable component linked to performance.
• Initial contract: 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance.
