Pay Scale & Benefits
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹78,450/- per month
- Gross Monthly Emoluments (approx. without HRA): ₹1,50,374/-
- House Rent Allowance (if accommodation not provided), Dearness Allowance, Special/Grade/Local Compensatory Allowances, medical facilities, LTC, loans at concessional rates, and coverage under the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
Eligibility (as on 01 September 2025)
- Age: 21–30 years (relaxations as per Govt. rules; up to 32/34 years for M.Phil./Ph.D. holders).
- Nationality: Indian citizen or other categories as specified in the official notification.
- Educational Qualification:
- General: Graduation with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Post-Graduation with at least 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
- DEPR: Master’s in Economics or Finance (specified specialisations) with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- DSIM: Master’s (or 4-year Bachelor’s) in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science/related fields with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹100 + 18% GST (intimation charges only)
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹850 + 18% GST (includes intimation charges)
- RBI Staff: Nil
Selection Process
Two-phase online/written examinations followed by an interview. Details of the exam scheme are in the official advertisement.
