Performance Marketing – Associate – Jobs Summary:

Performance Marketing – Associate – Key Responsibilities:

The Key Responsibility of the Role is Strategy Development, Campaign Management, Analytics and Reporting, Collaboration, Market and Competitor Analysis.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

A track record of 3–6 years in performance marketing, ideally within D2C companies or the personal care domain, Having a Excellent communication skills, Team management skills, Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams along with Strong project management skills, Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms along with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager, Having a Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. Experience with SEO and content marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, Having Experience with D2C business models and e-commerce platforms along with Relevant digital marketing certifications.
