Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, invites online applications from bright and motivated candidates for one-year Apprenticeship Training in its Northern Region–I (NR-I).

Educational Qualifications & Stipend
- ITI Electrician: ITI in Electrician – ₹13,500
- Diploma (Electrical/Civil): Diploma in relevant branch – ₹15,000
- Graduate (Electrical/Civil/Computer Science): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) – ₹17,500
- HR Executive: MBA (HR)/PG in Personnel Management – ₹17,500
- CSR Executive: MSW/Rural Development/Management – ₹17,500
- Law Executive: Graduate + LLB – ₹17,500
- PR Assistant: Bachelor in Mass Communication/Journalism – ₹17,500
- Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) with English knowledge – ₹17,500
(Additional ₹2,500 if no company accommodation is provided)
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Minimum 18 years.
- Must have completed relevant qualification within two years (from 07.10.2023 to 06.10.2025).
- Candidates who are awaiting results, have >1 year job experience, or have undergone apprenticeship earlier are not eligible.
- Must have an Aadhaar-linked DBT-enabled bank account.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on merit (academic qualification & eligibility).
- Document verification in a 1:5 ratio for available slots.
- Final selection will follow successful verification and medical clearance.
