Eligibility Snapshot
- Nationality: Indian citizen or as per Govt. of India norms
- Age: Generally 25–35 years for Manager posts and 30–40 years for Senior Manager posts (relaxations as per rules)
- Education & Experience: Minimum 60 % marks in prescribed degree(s) plus relevant post-qualification experience (2–10 years depending on the role).
- Specific technical/professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, Finacle, Data Science, etc.) are required for many IT and risk roles.
Pay Scale
- MMGS II: ₹64,820 – 93,960
- MMGS III: ₹85,920 – 1,05,280
(plus DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances as per bank rules)
Selection Process
- Online Examination (English, General Awareness with banking focus, Professional Knowledge)
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (intimation charges)
- All others (including OBC & EWS): ₹1,000
