SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2025

State Bank of India, India’s largest and most trusted bank, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for Specialist Cadre Officer positions in its Wealth Management division. This recruitment offers a great opportunity for experienced professionals to work with SBI’s premier banking and investment services across India.


Available Positions & Vacancies:

SBI is hiring for 996 posts across India:

1. VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager) – 506 Vacancies

Age: 26–42 years
CTC: Up to ₹44.70 Lakhs annually
Locations: 17 circles including Mumbai Metro, Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gandhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram & more.

2. AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager) – 206 Vacancies

Age: 23–35 years
CTC: Up to ₹30.20 Lakhs annually

3. Customer Relationship Executive – 284 Vacancies

Age: 20–35 years
CTC: Up to ₹6.20 Lakhs annually
Requirement: Valid two-wheeler driving licence

Candidates may select three preferred circles while applying.


Educational Qualifications

VP Wealth (SRM)

  • Graduation (mandatory)
  • Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing), NISM V-A/XXI-A, CFP/CFA

AVP Wealth (RM)

  • Graduation (mandatory)
  • Preferred: PG in Finance/Marketing/Banking, NISM/CFP/CFA certifications

Customer Relationship Executive

  • Graduation (mandatory)

Experience Requirements

VP Wealth (SRM)

  • Minimum 6 years in sales & marketing in Banking/Wealth/AMC sector

AVP Wealth (RM)

  • Minimum 3 years in sales & marketing in Banking/Wealth/AMC sector

Customer Relationship Executive

  • Preference for candidates experienced in financial documentation & customer handling

Key Responsibilities

VP Wealth / AVP Wealth

  • Acquire, manage & grow HNI/UHNI customer relationships
  • Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) & Total Relationship Value (TRV)
  • Conduct financial needs analysis & risk profiling
  • Cross-sell investment, insurance, credit cards, mortgages & other wealth products
  • Ensure compliance with NISM/IRDA/AMFI regulations
  • Drive customer onboarding, service delivery & branch investment activities

Customer Relationship Executive:

  • Assist Relationship Managers with client documentation & service requests
  • Coordinate with bank departments for processing client requirements
  • Provide doorstep banking support for wealth customers

Contract & Benefits :

  • Five-year contract, renewable based on performance
  • Performance Linked Pay, annual increments & allowances
  • 30 days leave per financial year
  • SBI may deploy officers in any circle as per business needs

Selection Process:

  1. Shortlisting based on eligibility & experience
  2. Interview (100 marks)
  3. CTC Negotiation
  4. Final merit based on interview score
