Position Details
- Post: Consultant Credit Analyst (CCA)
- Vacancies: 41
- Type: Full-time, Contractual (3 years, extendable by up to 2 years)
- Location of Interview: Mumbai (14 posts), New Delhi (17 posts), Chennai (10 posts)
- Place of Posting: Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, and Branch Offices across India
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Maximum 28 years as on 30.06.2025
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) + Graduation from UGC/AICTE recognized college/university.
- CA Final must be cleared in not more than 2 attempts.
- Experience: Not mandatory (Freshers eligible).
Roles & Responsibilities
The Consultant Credit Analyst will work in areas such as:
- Credit appraisal, risk assessment, and client relationship management
- Venture finance & investment evaluation
- Digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Risk management (credit, market, and operational risks)
- Direct finance for MSMEs
Remuneration
- Indicative CTC: ₹12.00 lakh (Negotiable, includes fixed + variable components)
- Annual increment and performance-linked variable pay.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting through ICAI CMI&B platform.
- Psychometric/aptitude test (if required).
- Personal Interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, and Chennai.
- Final merit list based on interview performance.
