Position : Officer – Digital Technology – Finacle Core

Educational Qualification :
Graduation with minimum 60% marks in B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication) OR Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks in MCA/M.Tech (CS/IT) from a recognized institute
Experience :
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks, All India Financial Institutions, System Integrators or BFSI service providers in IT or Fintech
Key Skills :
* Hands-on experience in Finacle Core v10/v11
* Writing Finacle scripts
* Custom menu development
* Product menu customization
* Finacle Integrator inbound/outbound calls
* Finacle Core tables
* Report creation Jasper/SSRS
* Oracle DBMS (DML/DDL, procedures, triggers, jobs)
* EOD-BOD process : Finacle application architecture
* Debugging using logs and trace tools
* Functional knowledge of Loans, Guarantees, LCs, Deposits
* Payment systems (Swift/RTGS/NEFT)
* APIs and application integration
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage Finacle Core banking projects
* Troubleshoot and resolve Finacle issues
* Develop, implement and maintain custom solutions
* Collaborate with users for smooth operations
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Coordinate with application provider for patches, upgrades and service packs
Selection Process :
Vacancies are provisional and may change as per Bank requirements. Selection will be based on screening, shortlisting, and a personal interview. Shortlisting will be in a 1:10 ratio based on Graduation and Post-Graduation marks. Interviews will be held at the Bank’s Head Office in Mumbai or New Delhi. No TA/DA will be paid; shortlisted candidates can claim reimbursement up to second-class AC fare on submission of receipts.
Other Conditions
* Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
* For CGPA or grades, a percentage conversion letter from the institute is required.
* Part-time or correspondence courses are not accepted.
* The Bank may change or cancel the recruitment process without notice.
* Minimum CTC is ₹14.68 lakh per annum for 2 years of experience, with 80% fixed and 20% variable pay.
* Contract is for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance.
* All decisions on eligibility, selection, and results by the Bank are final.
