With reference to our detailed advertisement on (website) dated May 02, 2025, inviting applications for various positions in the grade of Vice President (Fixed Term Basis), the last date for receipt of applications has been extended till June 05, 2025 for VP Executive Assistant (MD Office) (NABFID/VP/051) and Vice President – Corporate Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development (Transaction Advisory Services) (NABFID /VP/052). Job Purpose: Responsible for leading the team of analysts/ senior analysts and providing high level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring the MD’s schedule, communications, and operations run efficiently. Assist the MD in special projects, research, and other tasks as needed. Prepare and proofread documents including credit proposals, reports, memorandums and presentations for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, she/ he will mentor and develop analysts and senior analysts, enhancing their skills and knowledge to build internal capacity and foster a high-performing team.

Position: Vice President – Corporate Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development (Transaction Advisory Services)

Education Qualification: CA /MBA/Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized University /Institution.
Minimum Experience & Max. Age as on date of advertisement: Minimum 12 years’ experience with a focus on project finance and PPP projects, out of which a minimum of 5 years should be in Transaction Advisory/PPP advisory in established Financial Institution/Consulting firm
Age: 55 years and below (As on date of advertisement)
Job Purpose: To undertake Transaction Advisory Services at NaBFID for private/ public entities, integrating best practices into all aspects of transaction structuring, financial analysis and bid process management. Lead the structuring and advisory for complex infrastructure transactions, including PPPs and project finance initiatives. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, to evaluate project viability and financial structuring options.
Location of Position(s): Mumbai-for all positions
Compensation: Remuneration will be offered based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
Nature of Engagement: Contractual Engagement will be for a minimum of 3 years to maximum of 5 years, which may be renewed for additional term at the discretion of the Bank.
Selection Process: The applications received from the candidates will be screened and shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and relevant
experience. The requisite number of shortlisted candidates will be called for interview for final selection. The final selection will be made on the basis of eligibility, experience, qualification and performance during Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates may undergo psychometric tests and/or assessment centre and/or any other selection method as deemed suitable by the Bank, in addition to personal interview. The personal interview will be conducted by a committee constituted for this purpose. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Selection will be solely at the discretion of the Bank’s Selection Committee, and their decision will be final.
Call Letter for Interview: Intimation/ call letter for interview will be sent by email or will be uploaded on Bank’s website. No hard copy of interview letter will be shared.
General Instructions:
i) Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for as on the cut-off date (i.e. 02 May 2025) and also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respects. The reservation under various categories will be as per prevailing GOI Guidelines. After applying all relaxations in terms of age, the maximum age of the candidates for all posts, shall not exceed 55 years.
ii) Engagement of selected candidate is subject to his/ her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.
iii) Candidates appearing for the Interview Process will be reimbursed economy air fare expenses.
iv) Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector undertakings including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions are advised to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer at the time of interview.
v) In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce proper relieving letter from the employer at the time of taking up the appointment.
vi) In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that s/he has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected even after appointment, his / her services are liable to be terminated without notice.
vii) Decisions of the bank in all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of interviews, other tests and selection would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by the bank in this regard.
viii) Intimations, wherever required will be sent by email only to the email ID and mobile number provided in the application form. Bank shall not be responsible if the information/ intimations do not reach candidates in case of change in the mobile number, email address, technical fault or otherwise, beyond the control of Bank.
ix) Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Mumbai and Courts/ Tribunals/ Forums at Mumbai only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/dispute.
x) At the time of interview, the candidate will be required to provide details regarding criminal cases(s) pending against him/her, if any. The Bank may also conduct independent verification, inter alia, including verification of police records etc. The bank reserves the right to deny the engagement depending upon such disclosures and/or independent verification.
xi) The Bank reserves the right to amend, rescind or re-advertise the above positions at any time without assigning
any reasons.
