1. Trainee Junior Officer (Grade: Junior Officer)
- Vacancies: 44
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) with 50% marks; must have passed Matriculation with Marathi as a subject.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Banking (Officer level, preferably Urban/DCC Bank)
- Age: 23-32 years (as on 01.06.2025)
- Stipend: ₹30,000/month (training), then ₹52,100/month after confirmation
- Selection: Online Test (by IBPS) + Personal Interview
2. Trainee Associate (Grade: Associate)
- Vacancies: 50
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) with 50% marks; Matriculation with Marathi as a subject. Computer proficiency required.
- Experience: Not mandatory
- Age: 21-28 years (as on 01.06.2025)
- Stipend: ₹25,000/month (training), then ₹34,400/month after confirmation
- Selection: Online Test (IBPS) + Personal Interview
3. Trainee Typist (Associate Grade)

- Qualification: Graduate; Matriculation with Marathi. Must have Marathi Typing (30 w.p.m.) & English Typing (40 w.p.m.) certificate.
- Experience: Not mandatory; preference to DTP operators.

- Stipend: ₹25,000/month (during training), then ₹34,400/month + allowance

4. Trainee Driver (Driver Grade)

- Qualification: Matriculation with Marathi; Valid LMV license
- Experience: Not mandatory

- Stipend: ₹22,000/month (training), then ₹27,700/month after confirmation

5. Trainee Peon (Subordinate Grade)

General Instructions & Benefits
- Only one application per candidate (latest application considered).
- Reservation and age relaxations as per notification (including for children of staff, and for wrestlers with sports achievement).
- Service Bond: Must serve for 4 years or pay ₹10 lakh in damages; surety bond also required.
- Training & Confirmation: One-year training, followed by 6 months’ probation.
- Candidates must be medically fit and produce proofs during verification.
- Examinations held at Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nasik, Aurangabad, Nanded, and Kolhapur.
Selection Process
- Online Test: Conducted by IBPS. Includes sections like Professional Knowledge, English, General/Banking Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability (varies by post).
- Skill Test: For Typists (Typing speed and proficiency).
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on test/skill results.
