Eligibility Cretria
Academic Qualifications:
(A) Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS)
(i) General
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/CMA/ ICWA OR Ph.D from Institutions recognized by GOI/UGC .
(ii) Chartered Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iii) Company Secretary
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Associate/Fellow membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The Membership of ICSI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iv) Finance:
BBA (Finance / Banking) / BMS (Finance / Banking) from any recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate
OR
Two years full time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full time MBA (Finance) /MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from Institutions / Universities recognized by GoI /UGC with Bachelor’s Degree in any
discipline. Candidates will be required to submit a certificate from Institution/University regarding specialization in finance.
OR
Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%)
OR
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Membership of ICAI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Membership of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India
(ACMA/FCMA/ICWA). The Membership of ICMAI must have been obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University/Institution with Chartered Financial Analyst certification from (CFA Institute-USA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
(v) Computer/Information Technology:
Four years Bachelor’s Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Data Science / Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from any recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate
OR
Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Computer Applications/Information Technology / Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Data Science / Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution
OR
Graduate with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution AND having passed Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) ‘B’ Level.
(vi) Agriculture Engineering :
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree in Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(vii) Plantation & Horticulture
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree in Horticulture with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(viii) Fisheries
Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (ST/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate OR Post graduate degree in Fisheries Science with 55% marks (ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(ix) Food Processing :
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Processing /Food Technology /Dairy Technology from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post graduate degree in Food Processing /Food Technology /Dairy Technology with 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(x) Land Development & Soil Science
Bachelor’s Degree in Soil Science/Agriculture/Environmental Science from any recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post graduate degree in Soil Science/Agriculture/Environmental Science with 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution.
(xi) Civil Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering from any recognized University/Institution with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(xii) Electrical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Power Systems from any recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Power Systems with 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(xiii) Media Specialist
Post graduate degree in Mass Media/Mass Communication/Communication/ Journalism from a recognized University/Institution with 55% marks (PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution.
(xiv) Economics
Post Graduate degree in Applied Economics with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/PWD applicants-50%) in aggregate from any recognized University/Institution. Candidates with Economics as one of the main subjects at all years/semesters of the course, will only be eligible.
(B) Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (LEGAL SERVICE)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by UGC and Bar council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years OR LLM Degree with a minimum of 55% in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
Note: In case of practicing advocates (i) copy of Bar Council Registration Certificate and (ii) A Certificate from Bar Association of which the candidate is a member or a certificate issued by the Presiding Officer of a court before which the candidate has practiced for the
required period should be produced at the time of interview.
AGE (as on 01.11.2025)
The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01.11.2025, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02 November 1995 and not later than 01 November 2004.

- Phase I – Preliminary Exam (Online)
Includes Reasoning, English, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making, General Awareness, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development. - Phase II – Mains Exam (Online)
- Paper I: English (Descriptive)
- Paper II: Objective + Descriptive (Discipline-specific)
- Phase III – Psychometric Test
- Interview – 50 Marks
For Protocol & Security Service
- Online Examination (200 marks)
- Psychometric Test
- Interview (50 marks)
