North Eastern Region POWERGRID Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, invites applications from bright and energetic candidates for one-year Apprenticeship Training in its North Eastern Region (NER).

Educational Qualifications & Monthly Stipend
- Diploma (Electrical/Civil): Diploma in relevant branch – ₹15,000
- Graduate (Electrical/Civil/Electronics & Telecom): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) – ₹17,500
- HR Executive: MBA (HR) / PG in Personnel Management – ₹17,500
- CSR Executive: Master’s in Social Work/Rural Development – ₹17,500
- Law Executive: Graduate + LLB – ₹17,500
- Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) with English knowledge – ₹17,500
(Additional ₹2,500 HRA if company accommodation is not provided)
Eligibility
- Must have completed the required qualification within two years from the closing date (between 07.10.2023 and 06.10.2025).
- Age: Minimum 18 years.
- Should be medically fit, not undergone/undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere, and have no job experience exceeding one year.
- Must possess an Aadhaar-seeded bank account for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Selection Process
- Merit-based shortlisting as per eligibility and number of slots.
- Document verification will be conducted in a 1:5 ratio.
