Repco Bank Recruitment 2025 Customer Service
Repco Bank, a Government of India Enterprise, has announced openings for the post of Customer Service Associate (Clerk) on a regular basis. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens to work at various branches and offices of the Bank in the State of Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory of Puducherry. Candidates applying must be proficient in the local language of the region (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Pay Scale and Benefits
- Scale of Pay: ₹24,050 – ₹64,480
- Payslip Component (at Chennai): ₹42,347 per month
- Approximate Annual CTC: ₹8.80 lakhs (including eligible allowances and benefits)
- Incentives, Ex-gratia, CPF, Meal pass, and other allowances are applicable as per rules.
The probation period for selected candidates will be 12 months.
Age Criteria (as on 30.06.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Candidates should be born between 01.07.1997 and 30.06.2004 (both dates inclusive).
- Relaxations in the upper age limit are applicable as per government guidelines for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, and certain categories of women.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognized university.
- Candidates must also have knowledge of computers.
- Degrees obtained through Open Universities without following the 10+2+3 pattern are not valid.
Selection Procedure
The recruitment process consists of an Online Test only. There will be no interviews.
Candidates qualifying in the online test and local language proficiency will be considered for final selection, subject to being medically fit.
Exam Pattern (Online Test – 120 minutes, 200 marks):
- Reasoning – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
- English Language – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
- General Awareness (Banking Industry focus) – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
- Computer Knowledge – 40 Questions (40 Marks)
Exams will be conducted at centres in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, and Tirunelveli.
Application Fee (Non-refundable)
- SC/ST/PWD/EXSM/Repatriates: ₹500
- General and Others: ₹900

- Candidates should scan and upload their photograph, signature, and live photograph during registration.
- A valid email ID and mobile number must be maintained until the completion of the recruitment process.
Service Bond
Selected candidates will be required to execute a Financial Service Bond of ₹25,000, training cost of ₹5,000, and serve a minimum of 2 years, with a notice period of 3 months.

- Selected candidates must be willing to work anywhere in the five southern states and Puducherry.
- Decision of the Bank in all matters related to recruitment will be final.
